The Jazz Heritage Project is interested in stories, photographs, news clippings, recordings, memorabilia, research, and scholarly work that documents and exemplifies the Philadelphia Jazz Legacy. We respect the rights of ownership and copyright privileges of any items submitted, donated, or loaned.

Participate in our Projects and Activities

Individuals and organizations who are involved in Philadelphia jazz are invited to work cooperatively with us. Whether musicians, night clubs, libraries, media, museums, historians, journalists, and so on, we invite you to contact us and establish working relationships with us. Our goal is to "bring it all together" into a coherent documentation and expression of Philadelphia jazz.

Not-for-profit status

PJHP is in process of incorporation and seeking 501c3 not-for-profit tax exemption status. We will keep all potential donors informed of the status of this process.
